Work Type: Fulltime, Paid Internship  About the Job The REJU Summer Intern will support the Legal Team in Portsmouth, NH by assisting with research, document preparation, contract organization, compliance initiatives, and administrative legal tasks. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations and offers a valuable opportunity for a student interested in law, compliance, or corporate governance. Main Accountabilities  · Assist attorneys and legal staff with legal research, case summaries, and background reviews.  ·  Support the preparation, editing, and organization of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.  ·  Help maintain and update document management systems, including electronic file indexing and version control. ·  Participate in internal compliance reviews and support ongoing policy and regulatory projects.  ·  Attend team meetings, take notes, and help track action items and project deadlines.  ·  Provide general administrative support to the Legal Team, including scheduling, formatting documents, and preparing correspondence.  ·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to gather information for legal matters Preferred Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.  * Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior standing required  * Previous internship or project experience  * Interest in energy, engineering, or construction industries  * Communicates and speaks well with others  * Detail orientated  What’s Next?
