Partner with the best A Reliability Engineer effectively applies a wide variety of Reliability techniques to a diverse range of industries and effectively manages a project from beginning to end to meet customer expectations and all project deliverables. The RE works as part of a team and sometimes as a team leader, to lead and influence fellow Engineers. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for: · Applying a wide variety of reliability techniques across diverse industries and client organizations. · Leading by example and creating multiple options to achieve optimal outcomes and demonstrating behaviours which enhance the success of others. · Working as part of a team and sometimes as a team leader, to lead and influence fellow Engineers and Consultants. · Applying broad knowledge of principles and practices in a specific practice area. · Independently evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. · Acquiring general knowledge of principles and practices of related fields, and ability to function on multidisciplinary teams. · Working on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects. To be successful in this role you will: · Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. · Have at least 5 years industry experience in a maintenance/reliability role gained in oil & gas, Petrochem, or similar. · Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry. · Have experience in data analysis including extraction from various data sources, and the ability to summarize data into conclusions. · Have experience in the preparation and delivery of professional presentations. · Have ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal and presents confidently with a diverse demographic from hourly employees to senior executives. · CRE and/or CAMA2 certification (desirable) · RBI and Mechanical Integrity experience (desirable) Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
