Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Develop and execute e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with merchants, retailers, brands, e-commerce businesses, banks, fintech companies, and payment providers.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships within the UAE market.
• Identify new business and partnership opportunities and convert them into commercial opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal campaigns, brand campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
