SUMMARY

We are seeking an Relationship Account Manager to join our dynamic team located in the vibrant heart of London. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing client relationships and driving sales growth, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organisational skills, with proven strength in administration
  • Understanding of Serviced Apartments
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform well without close supervision
  • A team player
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, hard working and efficient in time management.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent at dealing with suppliers at a General Manager / CEO level
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An understanding of Channel managers and GDS

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Head of department for Global Supply Chain.
  • End of month review with region supply chain team of their KPI’s for each team member
  • Setting monthly targets for each region
  • Monthly review of teams performance on: - Evaluate and KPIs , Supplier growth Apartment growth, Bonus structure , Analyse productivity for Regional Teams.
  • Ensuring that all suppliers have signed our online Partnership agreements
  • Negotiation of rates with suppliers for corporate clients
  • Managing suppliers feedback - working closely with the reservation team on reviews.
  • Liaise with both sales and reservation teams and suppliers
  • Able to give presentations to clients on supply chain benefits
  • Supervising and training supply chain team
  • Attended Industry Networking events in person or over Zoom
  • Interview new candidates as the team grows and expands
