Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… In the Relationship Associate role within Maxxia you will manage your own portfolio of clients and will be responsible for generating leads and creating sales opportunities from within those clients. As well as building and maintaining relationships within your clients, you will also run onsite activations and help to further promote the Maxxia brand. You will be provided with all of the training and support that you need to promote and ultimately sell our products. At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of clients including Corporate, Not For Profit, Government and Health. Run onsite initiatives to enhance employee’s participation in salary packaging benefits Execute engagement plans with clients across all employer sites to facilitate product education via multiple channels. Provide support to key client stakeholders and be available to answer queries To be considered for this role you will possess the following: Be a self-starter with a passion for sales Have the ability to plan, schedule and forecast Be able to apply initiative and the ability to think laterally when problem-solving.
