You will blend your banking expertise with exceptional service to deepen relationships and help customers achieve their goals. Here’s what your work will look like: ✨ Open and process new deposit accounts and confidently explain bank products and services ✨ Actively sell, cross sell, and refer products to meet individual, branch, and bank goals ✨ Identify customer needs by building strong relationships and staying engaged in the community ✨ Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers promptly and supporting them in person, by phone, or electronically ✨ Research and resolve a wide range of customer service issues ✨ Operate a cash drawer daily while accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions ✨ Balance your cash drawer and prepare settlements with precision ✨ Issue money orders, cashier’s checks, gift cards, and other monetary instruments ✨ Follow all bank procedures and regulatory guidelines ✨ Stay up to date on new regulations and required training ✨ Work as part of a highly collaborative branch team ✨ Support other branch locations within the nbkc network as needed ✨ Complete additional duties and projects as assigned 🚀 What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer environment, and understands the importance of accuracy and trust in banking.
