As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn about Third Party Management and enhance your knowledge across various supplier functions. You’ll manage the performance of multiple suppliers, engage with clients to discuss their Supplier’s performance, and produce performance monitoring documentation.
Working with the Supplier Relationship Manager, Team Manager and peers, you’ll assist with the team’s daily responsibilities, including:
· Ensure that third parties adhere to their contractual obligations and agreed SLA’s
· To maintain the agreed governance model
· Deal with escalated issues and resolve or escalate as required
· Compile service review reporting
· Provide insightful analysis to various aspects of the relationship
· Adhere to the risks and controls within the third-party management team
· Implement cost-effective continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience
· Remain compliant to all regulations, legislation and policies incl. H&S
· Pro-actively manage, report and mitigate risks
· Attend client governance

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
We are eager to hear from you if you’re looking for a great opportunity to join our Third Party Management team, who maintain regular contact with our clients and a role that requires you to think on your feet, using strong communication and negotiation skills.
You’ll join the team that manages and drives the performance of a diverse range of suppliers in line with contractual terms, supported by the CLS Due Diligence policy and Third-Party Management Oversight framework.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?
You’ll need to quickly get up to speed on the products, services and systems used by Computershare, and be able to build and maintain working relationships, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
Highly competent in demonstrating excellent communication, able to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences, whilst managing multiple complex activities through problem solving skills
Excellent organisational skills, possessing good time management, being able to deliver within SLA’s. Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.
