You will collaborate with customers to collect all required customer information and ensure AML-CDD and Foreign Tax compliance is met. In this role you will: Take ownership of inbound and outbound calls Complete customer due diligence checks with a focus on AML and Foreign Tax compliance Collaborate with frontline teams and the Customer Verification team to meet compliance requirements Use standard processes and digital tools (like ID Checker) to simplify the onboarding experience Set up online banking, customer accounts, and profiles in our systems.
