You'll focus on winning new-to-bank customers and developing large business connections with lending. This full-time role in Essendon Fields offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. You'll drive growth, source new business through marketing initiatives, and maintain a quality referral network. You'll be out meeting clients, building relationships, and working closely with internal teams. Additionally, you'll take the lead in coaching and mentoring your team. What do I need? Strong experience in corporate and commercial lending Excellent credit skills and experience with complex deal structuring Proven track record in business development and acquiring new clients A well-established network of referral sources and brokers Natural people skills and a passion for helping clients succeed Why join us?
