You’ll step into a full-time role based in Brisbane / Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, where you’ll champion our property customers and be a trusted adviser across both investment and development lending. You’ll manage a portfolio of medium to large property customers with confidence, shaping construction and investment deals that truly support their long-term goals. You’ll spend your time out in the market building relationships, deepening existing connections and actively winning new to bank customers who see Westpac as their partner of choice. You’ll be part of a collaborative property finance community, working closely with specialists across wealth, financial markets, cash flow and transactional banking to build tailored solutions that help customers grow. You’ll also nurture a strong referral network that keeps you close to brokers, advisers and key industry voices, ensuring you’re across emerging opportunities and trends. This is a role where your curiosity, commercial instinct and genuine passion for the property sector will make a meaningful difference. What do I need? • A strong commercial lending background across property, including construction and investment transactions, cash flow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring • A genuine passion for the property sector and the curiosity to build deep local market and industry insight • A standout track record in business development, particularly acquiring new to bank customers in a competitive market • A well-established network of referral partners such as brokers, accountants, advisers and other key market influencers • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to act as a strategic adviser to medium and large property clients Why join us?
