About the Team Our Small Business Banking WA team is focused on acquiring and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. Working closely with accredited intermediaries, we support businesses across the country with expert guidance and financial solutions. The Opportunity As a Relationship Executive – Acquisitions, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional banking experiences. You’ll be the face of CommBank for new business clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. What You’ll Do Champion new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships aligned with CommBank’s purpose. Understand client needs deeply to offer tailored financial solutions that support their day-to-day operations and future ambitions. Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive banking solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and manage deal execution to ensure timely and efficient outcomes. Partner with Risk Management to streamline lending processes through strong client and industry insights. Build and maintain a network of stakeholders and intermediaries to drive business growth and market intelligence. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in client analysis and credit origination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a high-performing team. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services products. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, or a related field (preferred).
