The Opportunity You will be a Business Banker ready to take on larger, more complex deals? This role offers the chance to manage an established portfolio while driving new business acquisition. You’ll work with diversified clients in the $15m–$30m turnover segment, with lending needs from $3m–$10m. Solutions include cash flow, capital, transaction banking, risk management, and deposits. What You will Do Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service. Identify and pursue new opportunities via your network and referral partners. Understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists. Originate, structure, and negotiate complex deals. Represent CommBank and build your profile across the region. What We are Looking For Ideally experience managing a successful Business Banking portfolio. A background in business/commercial lending. Deep understanding of banking products and services. Sound financial analysis and credit skills. Passion for customer service and business growth. Experience in the Diversified sector (highly advantageous). Why This Role?
