Our Commercial Banking team supports over 10,000 Australian businesses with turnovers of $3M–$150M, offering insights, innovation, and customised financial solutions. As a Relationship Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value clients with complex banking needs, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their goals and delivers innovative solutions to help them grow. What you’ll do Lead client relationships: Manage and grow a portfolio of health-focused businesses delivering exceptional service and strategic advice. Drive growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network and referral partners. Deliver tailored solutions: Use your commercial acumen to structure, negotiate, and execute complex financial deals. Collaborate for success: Work closely with Account Managers, Analysts, and internal teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery. Manage risk: Take ownership of portfolio risk management and ensure high-quality credit submissions with the support of Analysts. What you’ll bring A passion for supporting Queensland businesses and specifically a strong understanding of the local health sector. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and industry relationships. Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition. Strong commercial banking knowledge and financial structuring skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. A collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver results.
