The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $15m or $1m - $3m in commercial lending and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice. We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life. We're interested in hearing from people who: Have solid experience in building and leading a successful Small Business or Commercial Banking portfolio and lending above $1m; Have a deep understanding of banking products and services; Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
