You will be working closely with Senior Private Bankers, Structured Lending Advisors and Product / Governance teams, to ensure we are diligently managing our client’s positions.   This is an important role in helping to shape the growth of Private Banking’s Wholesale Equities Lending offering, whilst maintaining a well-managed share backed loan portfolio.   Role Type: PermanentRole Location: Sydney or Melbourne Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per weekWhat will your day look like? Your accountabilities include, but will not be limited to: Advising and supporting Senior Private Bankers & Structured Lending Advisors with deal structuring, by undertaking financial & market risk analysis of onshore & offshore marketable securities Managing our Loan to Valuation Ratio settings for Equities, ETFs, Bonds, Managed Funds & Discretionary Portfolios, Stress testing our loan book Managing our Approved Collateral List (ACL), Market Risk framework, Policy exceptions, Undertaking daily Risk Monitoring & Reporting of all client positions Proactively identifying, supporting and driving opportunities for continuous improvement Supporting reporting for internal hindsighting, audit & regulatory obligations  What will you bring? To be successful in the role, you will ideally have the following experience, knowledge, and skills: Extensive Financial Services experience Experienced in Market Risk or Quantitative / Data / Financial Modelling Exceptional communication, organizational and prioritisation skills Well proven stakeholder management with Credit Partners and influencing skills Ability to proactively problem solve complex market data challenges Strong focus on compliance, attention to detail & timely deal structuring, execution So why join us?
