JOB DESCRIPTION

The Relationship Management (RM) Analyst will fill an existing position that works with Relationship Managers and the Division Manager on a variety of tasks geared towards driving revenue growth and will require basic knowledge of the business and operating environment. This includes call planning, executive briefing memos, relationship review information (BDRs), prospecting new clients, capital markets/industry analytics and reporting as well as updating salesforce and completing pitch books, profitability models and RoE calculations.
Our analysts review various external data sources to compile industry data that is used in client presentations and LCM/DCM pitch books. The Analyst will prepare multi-product high level (CFO/Treasurer) presentations for focused discussions that involve data analytics and thought leadership. Analysts collaborate with RMs and product partners to develop solutions for problems impacting clients and prospects. Additionally, they engage and collaborate with product partners to stay abreast of product and process changes to effectively support delivery of new sales and services. Candidate will advance public speaking skills through targeted presentations to division or smaller client relationships when RM and Division Manager are comfortable; and attend and document client/prospect calls in Salesforce.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of previous banking or related finance experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Degree majoring in finance, economics, accounting or similar
  • Experience with reporting and database management in Salesforce and/or nCino
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience pricing models and RoE calculations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous banking, finance or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
