What you'll do As a Relationship Management Apprentice in Real Estate Finance, you’ll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on delivering an excellent experience and positive outcomes. Day-to-day you’ll be: Conducting telephone and face to face service reviews to understand complex customer needs, recommend solutions and support them through product application and approval Managing diaries and booking appointments, preparing high quality meeting briefs and gathering customer information for Relationship Managers Developing your banking and real estate finance knowledge across risk, systems, processes, products, and the broader Commercial banking market Contributing to a positive learning culture, investing time in your own professional development and growing your colleague network How we invest in you Our apprenticeships will support you to learn, grow and build a career you are proud of. If you already have substantial experience or qualifications in this area, you may be overqualified. Please check our FAQs before applying. It would be ideal if you can provide evidence of your grade A-C or Level 4, Maths and English GCSE or equivalent results, but this is not necessary to start with us as an apprentice. If you didn’t manage to achieve the desired grades or cannot provide evidence of your qualifications, then we’ll support you during your apprenticeship. You’ll also need to have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme. Unfortunately, this role does not meet Skilled Worker Visa requirements.
