JOB OVERVIEW

Accounting and tax Solutions have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Relationship Manager position to join our team. You will join us on a full time and permanent base. You will receive a competitive salary of £ 45,000 per annum, based on your experience and expertise. You will be required to Work from Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hr per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Accounting degree preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the firm’s clients and strategic partners. This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring they receive exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to provide additional accounting, tax, and advisory solutions.
As the primary point of contact, the Relationship Manager will handle client inquiries, coordinate with internal accounting teams to deliver timely and accurate services, and ensure that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. The role also involves developing new relationships with potential clients and partner organisations, contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm. You are also required to travel and meet the clients with in the UK only if required.
