Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, understanding their financial goals and needs. * Offer a comprehensive range of banking and investment solutions, including wealth management, private banking, and insurance products. * Provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their financial plans are aligned with their objectives. * Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other business units to deliver integrated financial solutions. * Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to offer relevant and timely advice to clients. * Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Conduct regular client reviews and meetings to discuss portfolio performance, market updates, and potential investment opportunities. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for the affluent segment. * Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand the client network. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or private banking, preferably with an affluent client base. * Strong knowledge of financial products, including investment options, wealth management strategies, and insurance solutions. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals. * Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention. * Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends, and provide insightful recommendations. * Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively. * Proficiency in using banking software and systems for portfolio management and client relationship tracking. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry developments.
