Agency Securities Finance (“ASF”) is a global business within Securities Services, a division in the Corporate and Investment Bank (“CIB”) of J.P. Morgan Chase.  The ASF business is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager based in New York. You are ultimately responsible for the client experience and all commercial aspects and decisions around your key clients’ discretionary lending programs including business development, relationship management, revenue optimization, and performance attribution. You will represent JPMorgan Agency Securities Finance at the Client and represent the Client within JPMorgan to ensure that the business is well aligned to deliver on the Client’s current and strategic securities lending agenda. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and execute an annual strategy plan (updated periodically) with focus on retention, strengthening existing relationship and revenue optimization * Responsible for organic growth in the form of additional mandates and general client wallet expansion * Understand all contractual obligations for assigned clients and ensure program is operating within those parameters * Partner with global ASF trading and investment desks on revenue optimization opportunities and present them to clients as applicable * Ensure consistent messaging, planning and penetration strategies between ASF and Platform Sales * Serve as client advocate across trading, operations, client service, risk, credit, technology and product * When issues occur take responsibility for escalation, messaging to client and identifying a timely and effective resolution.   Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * Proven success developing and managing client relationships * Experience in the Agency Securities Finance industry * Ability to think strategically and build persuasive arguments in an effort to drive business results * Exceptional communication and presentation skills particularly to a senior audience * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal product partners across regions * Strong understanding of regulatory, tax and market events and identify implications to lending program   Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize across client coverage and internal partners * Working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Qlik Sense and Tableau * An excellent team player with a strong work ethic * Spanish language skills are preferred but not required JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
