Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers, understanding their financing requirements and offering suitable solutions. * Promote and sell the bank's agricultural financing products, including loans, leases, and other financial services. * Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand industry trends. * Prepare and present proposals, offering customized financing plans to meet client needs. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, working closely with the credit and operations teams. * Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. * Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and stay updated on agricultural financing trends. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any queries or concerns promptly. * Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines. Qualifications * A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or financial sector. * Strong knowledge of agricultural financing products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships. * Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. * Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for sales and relationship management. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and events. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends. * A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and customer success.
