What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for overall success of assigned client programs
  • Overall responsibility of job posting management: job postings, submissions, offers, scheduling, confirmation letters, ongoing maintenance
  • Maintain service level KPIs
  • Partner with and foster agency relationships to ensure candidate success
  • Collaborates with Vendor Partners in order to source qualified clinicians and facilitate successful assignments
  • Manages day-to-day MSP/VMS processes, develops client relationships, and consults on staffing needs
  • Review and submit qualified candidates to open orders and ensure order/position fulfillment
  • Develop and strategically maintain excellent relationship with clients
  • Consult on all AHSG service lines
  • Assist Team lead with client order projections, educate client on current market conditions, and resolve escalated issues
  • Review and interpret MSP contractual terms, facilitate amendments, and renewals
  • Develop and present customized Business Reviews
  • If applicable, support Placement Coordinator

Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Account Management experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proven Client Growth

Salary: $40k-$50k
Location: Remote
