Responsibilities

THE ROLE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Credit business

  • Managing short term and long term loans (including securitization transactions)
  • Negotiation of loan rates
  • Export and import finances
  • Foreign exchange transactions and derivatives
  • Overdraft control measures
  • Calculation of special interests for applied customers
  • Supporting transactions based on due date control for the parent L/Gs

    Non-credit business

  • Deposits, especially negotiation of rates for fixed deposits

  • Advising other internal departments regarding online-banking products (CMS) and domestic and foreign transactions (Remittance)
  • Supporting cash pooling services
  • Communicating with customers on inquiries of banking services

Other

  • Application for future value remittance and special conditions
  • Instructing registration and amendment of CIF for OVS
  • Various tasks necessary for conducting business with our customers and administration

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Relevant work experience in a similar position, experience in the banking industry would be a plus
  • Experience with banking services such as Forex, Important/Export Finance, CMS, Pooling, and Inward/Outward remittance
  • Excel and Word skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and German are essential, Japanese language skills are an advantage
  • Negotiation skills with customers (referring to loan, deposit, etc. conditions)
