The Role
Relationship Manager Assistant/Client Servies Support - Banking Location: Dubai A international bank is seeking a Relationship Manager/Client Servies Assistant to join the team in Dubai, this role will provide assistance to the relationship managers within the bank, supporting on a variety of tasks from administrative support to supporting with new account openings. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, confident and ready to roll their sleeves up and truly support the team. Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to Relationship Managers & Management of the Bank • Administrative support • Day to day banking operations processing • Supporting with account openings working closely with the compliance department • Supporting with the collection and distribution of market data • Collect and create resources for RMs as/when needed • Attending meetings with or on behalf of RMs as/when needed • Liaising with clients as and when needed
Requirements
Experience: • 2+ years’ experience within a relevant role (e.g. EA, client support assistant, etc.) • Experience within banking is advantageous – experience in financial services is a must. • Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are advantageous) • Keen eye for detail. • Highly organized. • Confident and capable candidate – who is both professional and personable. • Team player who is happy to roll their sleeves up and support on a variety of tasks.
