We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager (Australia & International Market Coverage) - Global Private Banking. In this role you will: Provides full-service banking and all transactions to Ultra High Net worth & High Net Worth individual clients, covering Australia & International markets, through the marketing of all appropriate company services Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment Grow HSBC’s share of ultra/high net worth client wallet involving investment and product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with client/sector requirements Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the job holder is involved Establish new relationships and manages existing relationship in order to generate new assets under management and Revenue Establish and maintain networks for co-operation with other HSBC businesses, to support the creation of solutions to customer needs that span geographical/product boundaries and regulatory environments To be successful you will need: Relationship Management experience, ideally gained within the private banking, commercial banking or investment banking sectors Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis Strong customer service focus Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems Excellent understanding of financial markets and products The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
