  6. Time Flexibility: To allow good overlap with the India Team
Responsibilities
  • Regular travelling throughout the UK/ROI for meetings with clients & prospects
  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for not only onboarding of New clients but also to nurture and work with the existing clients and grow the account. To work closely with the presales team in India and UK Regional Head.
  • Present Pinnacle Infotech to Prospects and clients, explain the client on the process, documentation and understand expectations.
  • Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure that communication is clear and both sides understand each other. Speak to client regularly and give the feedback to production team with copy to COE. Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings and weekly review meetings. Other may be attended depending on availability and importance.
  • Managing all the assigned Customer accounts from CRM Tool i.e. Salesforce
  • Make calls to Customers for new Opportunity.
  • Call the client after proposal submission to make sure that we have met the scope and that there are no questions.
  • Follow up to check the proposal status and keep the estimation/BD team informed.
  • Need to get cross references, their partners info from other trades
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and professional associations
  • Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and production team
  • Build relations with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
  • Support the production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully
  • Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customer and production team
  • Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
