JOB PURPOSE Responsible to solicit sales of all lending products, including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel, Group Enterprise Banking. ACCOUNTABILITIES Proactively solicit and market range of lending products including related cross-selling, under Direct Channel. Achieve stretched individual targets. Provide support to Sales Manager in achieving team targets. Provide consistent service, support and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Direct Channel from time to time. Develop and maintain good relationship with property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, valuers and customers. Ensure that lending applications and other required documentations related works comply and defect free. Ensure at all time adherence to credit and business operational processes and compliant to regulatory and control requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Preferably 2 or 3 years working experience in sales & marketing. Possess relevant insurance licenses. Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good time management. Able to work independently with self-initiative or without much supervision. Able to manage multiple stakeholders. Competent in basic analysis of company and personal financials.
