Overview of the company:
We are an upcoming luxury boutique Developer based in Dubai. Primarily focusing on making high quality, luxury wellness inspired real estate Developments across Dubai.
Our first upcoming project is located in Dubai Islands & we will be launching more projects soon.
As an Relationship Manager for our development firm, your primary responsibility is to onboard and cultivate relationships with real estate agencies to drive sales of our projects. You will act as a liaison between our company and the agencies, ensuring clear communication, understanding, and alignment of objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Real Estate Agency Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard real estate agencies as partners for selling our projects. Develop and execute strategies to establish long-term partnerships with key agencies.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with real estate agency contacts at various levels. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure agencies are equipped to effectively market and sell our properties.
3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies for each agency partner. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and co-marketing activities to maximize sales potential.
4. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops for agency staff to ensure they have a deep understanding of our projects, target demographics, selling points, and processes. Provide ongoing education and updates on new developments and projects.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data for each agency partner. Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with agencies to address challenges and optimise sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the real estate industry.
* Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
