Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking and financial products.
• Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle products such as business loans, working capital, mortgages, and other banking facilities.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for application processing and approvals.
• Collect and verify required client documents.
• Follow up with clients and banks until successful disbursement/closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC, AML, and applicable banking requirements.
• Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in banking, financial services, or banking consultancy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SME/business loans, working capital, mortgages, or banking products.
• Existing network of clients, referral partners, and banking contacts is an advantage.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of UAE banking procedures, KYC, and AML requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
