Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the business development team, set individual targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support.
Establish clear sales targets and KPIs, track progress, and ensure the team delivers against agreed objectives.
Actively identify prospects, build relationships, negotiate deals, and close new business personally.
Monitor sales pipelines, review opportunities, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent business development activity.
