Role: Regional Manager    Function- ARB Crop Loans   Grade- M6   JD:   Job Roles: * Lead a team of Area Managers to expand the existing customer portfolio in crop loans (KCC) by offering tailored Working Capital and Term Loan products. * Possess thorough knowledge of the local geography and cropping patterns, with the ability to swiftly recruit high-quality team members. * Oversee interest and NPA collections within the assigned area. * Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, ensure timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and perfect security measures. * Strengthen relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products. * Ensure timely renewal of existing loans * Collaborate with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements. * Enhance efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements based on ground realities and market trends.   Job Requirements: * Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficient in relationship management. * Strong leadership abilities. * Knowledge of the local market is a plus. * At least 10 years of experience in rural or crop loans
