We are looking for a talented professional to join our Corporate Banking Division as a Relationship Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our corporate clients. Your Role in Corporate Banking Relationships As a Relationship Manager you are responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring accurate financial and credit analysis, maintaining credit quality, and coordinating with internal departments for successful transaction completion. This role requires a strong focus on customer relationships, financial analysis, and market awareness to drive performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring consistent delivery of financial services, maintaining strong client relationships, and optimizing portfolio performance. Financial & Credit Analysis: Prepare financial and credit analysis for existing and prospective customers, including assessing corporate financial statements, creditworthiness, and risk factors. Credit Reviews: Ensure the portfolio’s credit review status is up to date, managing annual credit renewals, internal ratings, and interim financial and operational snapshots. Liaison with Departments: Collaborate with Credits, Legal, Compliance, and other related departments to facilitate credit proposals and reviews, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deal completion processes. Operational Task Management: Handle daily operational tasks related to customer transactions, ensuring smooth execution of all activities. Ad-Hoc Projects: Execute ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Market Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate both micro and macroeconomic trends to increase market awareness and provide insights on market developments, regulations, and trends. Who are we looking for? Customer Orientation: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with corporate clients, with a focus on external marketing and client satisfaction. Market Knowledge: Awareness of both micro and macro-level market trends, regulations, and developments, with the ability to apply these insights to portfolio management. Experience: Prior experience in Front Office roles or credit underwriting is a plus, providing a strong foundation for managing complex client relationships. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field.
