Job Description The Relationship Manager (Corporate customer) is responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with existing corporate clients while ensuring high service quality and long‑term business retention. This role focuses on delivering tailored banking solutions, driving service excellence, and supporting clients’ financial growth. Key responsibilities include: Manage and deepen relationships with corporate and institutional clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute service strategies, operating processes, and performance metrics across all functional units involved in client delivery. Originate, structure, and manage banking loan products, advisory services, and trade finance solutions for institutions with mid‑ to high‑revenue profiles. Provide a full range of corporate banking services, including loans and auxiliary products such as letters of credit and other trade finance instruments. Serve clients across Corporate & Commercial Banking segments, covering small to mid‑sized enterprises, middle‑market corporates, and large corporations, including corporate, business, and transaction banking activities. Act as a trusted financial advisor by understanding client needs, analyzing financial information, and proposing appropriate banking solutions. Job Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong, long‑term client relationships. Solid understanding of banking products, loan structures, trade finance, and financial markets. Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of financial accounting and financial analysis. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Client‑centric, proactive, and results‑driven mindset. Good business acumen with the ability to apply commercial judgment effectively. Strong selling, relationship management, and advisory skills. High level of motivation and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in both Thai and English, written and spoken, is required.
