We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe and we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region. Responsibilities: Acting as the primary contact for Czech-speaking clients, including onboarding support, answering product and platform-related questions, and resolving inquiries; Introducing our investment platform and services to new clients during introductory calls; Building and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction; Attending conferences, business events, and industry gatherings to attract and engage high-value clients; Collaborating with partners and influencers to increase brand awareness and trust; Understanding client needs and providing tailored investment-related advice; Staying up to date with market trends and sharing relevant insights with clients; Maintaining accurate client records and supporting operational processes; Coordinating with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery; Sharing client feedback to support continuous improvement. 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality; Fluency in Czech and English.
