Job Purpose • To drive business volume and profitability in the allocated market Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: o Meet & exceed business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. o Identify developer funding opportunities from existing and new relations o Maintain number and volume turnover through a high level of customer engagement, thereby meeting & exceeding business targets through optimum product mix and quality of sourcing o Facilitate underwriting of CF proposals by conducting personal discussions with the developers and through physical inspection of the projects. o Collaborate with credit team on projects by projecting cash flows and financial viability o Coordinate with external interfaces like lawyers & valuers for technical and legal analysis o Coordinate with risk departments for developer funding proposals. o Proactively understand customer needs and structure loans as per the requirements ensuring smooth disbursement o Efficiently manage customer accounts for all pre and post sales activities like NOC, customer repayments, etc. o Display customer centricity by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelines
