Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive/Relationship Manager with experience in real estate, especially in plot sales, to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping clients find the perfect property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial plots, especially within Arabian Hills Estate
  • Generate leads via calling, online platforms, referrals, and field marketing
  • Conduct client meetings and on-site plot visits
  • Guide clients through the buying process with professionalism and market insight
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain client records and sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 3+ year of experience in real estate sales (plot sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with Arabian Hills Estate is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred
