QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in the CRE industry.
  • 7+ years of progressive selling opportunities.
  • 4 years of progressive management responsibilities.
  • Good understanding of financial institution departments and activities.
  • Demonstrate great customer service via phone and email
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending policies and procedures, credit/financial statement analysis, loan structuring, and global cash flow analysis.
  • Ability to close, prospect and have sales planning
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Through known and developed prospects, originate loans that fit the banks risk profile for real estate loans.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to the needs of commercial real estate finance clients seeking loans, prospecting, underwriting and originating new loans.
  • Evaluate credit worthiness and risks in accordance with regulations and Bank policy.
  • Participate in the management of the portfolio based on departmental objectives.
  • Assist in the restructure of adversely-graded loans and the foreclosure of problem loans, performing activities designed to preserve the loan principal, gather interest as possible and prevent the loan from being charged-off.
  • Manage a team of CRE Relationship Managers.
  • Present credit offerings to senior management and be able to respond knowledgeably and confidently to management.
  • Assist in development of markets, research and analysis of sales opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
