Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients. Develop and nurture strategic referral sources, including financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs, in the Northeast Ohio region. Create and execute a targeted business development strategy to achieve strategic growth targets. Act as brand ambassador to expand our visibility and footprint. Relationship Management: Deepen relationships with clients and professional partners. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce additional services to clients, aligning our offerings with their evolving needs. The Right Candidate Will: Bring 10+ years of experience in wealth management and business development. Have a deep understanding of relationship management and client engagement. Possess a strong network within the Northeast Ohio business community. Have the drive and presence to grow client relationships and expand assets under management. Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
