JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a relationship management or sales role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess client data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent working knowledge of HubSpot.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with either the Energy or Social Housing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries.
  • Schedule regular check-ins and business reviews with partners to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
  • Drive partner retention by delivering high levels of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the renewal process, ensuring contracts are renewed in a timely manner and that terms are aligned with partner & company expectations.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and full understanding of the company’s offerings and processes.
  • Oversee the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial onboarding through to renewal and continued support.
  • Proactively support and drive sales development efforts as they arise.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date records of all partners activities, interactions and meetings.
  • Share performance insights during partner reviews, demonstrating the positive impact of the company’s offerings and identifying new areas for improvement.
