• Developing, maintaining and deepening relationships with institutional clients and serving as the central point of contact for client inquiries.
• Ensuring timely and effective customer communication
• Building long-term customer partnerships through trust, reliability, and proactive engagement
• Stay continuously informed about current developments and regulatory changes, and inform clients accordingly; adapt strategies as needed; identify client needs; and create customized investment solutions, products, and services.
• Creation and delivery of presentations, reports and portfolio updates.
• Close collaboration with clients to understand their business objectives and offer tailored strategic advice.
• Conducting detailed due diligence on clients, including financial valuations, risk analyses and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
