Role Overview

You will be responsible for implementing and executing a strategy of managing existing relationships to enable higher revenue return whilst acquiring new to bank Commercial and Business level clients. You will develop deep relationships with clients enabling a high level of understanding of their needs in order to present tailored holistic debt solutions. You will be focused on identifying how the banks' diverse product segments can be promoted to effective use by your clients to help them enhance the experience of their 'end customer'. 

Skills & Experience 

• 5 years + Relationship Management and Business Development experience within Commercial and Corporate banking
• You must have strong Credit / Transaction structuring and portfolio management experience
• Cashflow lending experience is a MUST have
• You will be driven, motivated to be successful and good with building internal / external stakeholder relationships
• Experience managing diversified customer groups will be highly regarded
