COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou combinaison équivalente d’expérience professionnelle, académique et militaire.
  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de la relation client, vente et/ou gestion de comptes, dont au moins 7 ans dans les paiements ou la banque.
  • Expérience dans la gestion et le développement de relations avec de grands comptes, et dans la mise en œuvre de stratégies transversales pour stimuler la croissance.
  • Expérience dans le secteur des technologies financières.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted resource for clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding ongoing operations.
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships that align with and support their business objectives through Fiserv’s solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive incremental revenue via innovative deal structures and partnerships.
  • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities that enhance profitability and contribution margin.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas through contract renewals and cross-selling of products and services, in collaboration with product sales SMEs.
  • Oversee daily operational activities for your assigned client portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge, understand client needs, and consistently promote a positive image of Fiserv.
