THE ROLE: In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the ongoing success of the business by nurturing and growing relationships within your existing customer portfolio. You’ll take a consultative and strategic approach to account management—working closely with customers to understand their business goals and aligning FleetPartners’ value proposition to deliver meaningful, long-term solutions. Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to): Manage personal performance in-line with the goals of the organisation and the business plan, ensuring that the relevant KPIs are understood and achieved Follow through of customer inquiries in a timely manner Pro-Actively working with Customers on their fleet goals by strategising best practices for optimal results Maximise product penetration and looking for ways to enhance our service offering Management of due off vehicles efficiently and successfully ABOUT YOU: You’re an experienced relationship or account management professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering results. With a customer-first mindset and solid commercial acumen, you know how to balance service excellence with business performance. You enjoy collaborating across teams and are motivated by contributing to a growing, dynamic organisation.
