• Manage a portfolio of 250–300 existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling across services such as business setup, accounting, tax, and visas.
• Actively generate new leads and support overall business growth targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
