Responsibilities: * To originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments  * To prepare / review / oversee facilities approvals, credit programs and documentation for this client segment in Singapore  * To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence * To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers  * To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients * To spearhead and cover Insurance and local funds client segment  * Perform credit (with CRA) and active marketing activities for this client segment  * Cross selling within products of the bank in the respective client segments * Perform as senior mentor to junior relationship managers in the same unit * Perform credit (with CRA) and marketing activities for funds and insurance * To prepare / review / oversee facilities approvals, documentation and drawdown for this client segment in Singapore  * To originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments  * To champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in top line impact to the bank in relations to this segment of customers * Serving as the primary interface with the obligor / counterparty and responsible for customer due to diligence process and managing information flow * Assessing client suitability to ensure the appropriateness of financial products offered to clients * Ensuring compliance with all related Group policies, procedures, risk appetite and all relevant laws, banking regulations and guidelines * To manage and maintain Know You Customer and respective Customer Due Diligence * To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers  * To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients * Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to a team of Relationship Manager * Foster strong working relationship and collaboration between internal stakeholders   Requirements: Qualifications   * Degree holder    Relevant Work Experience  * Minimum 5 years of relationship management or markets sales experience with this client segment in relevant industry   Competencies/Skills  * Relevant experience in managing clients from Insurance / Fund Mgt industry * Must have good relevant institutional relationships  * Strong relationship management and people engagement skills * Strong analytical skills with good understanding in treasury product relevant credit risk analysis. * Good understanding of relevant financial markets services products  * Good management, written and communication skills * Self-motivated and result-oriented * Good potential to manage a small RM team * Team player
Responsibilities
