Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• New institutional clients onboarded.
• Monthly/quarterly FX trading volume.
• Revenue and gross profit generated.
• Client acquisition and retention rate.
• Growth in institutional client portfolio.
• Client wallet share and trading activity.
• Number and value of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conversion rate from prospect to active client.
• Client satisfaction and service quality.
• Cross-selling and product penetration.
• Accuracy and quality of CRM and management reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Stay updated on Forex markets, trading products, platforms, and company offerings.
• Follow all company policies, approved sales practices, and applicable regulatory/compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Forex, CFD, financial markets.
• Proven track record in lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Strong knowledge of Forex and financial market products.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 is an advantage.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
• Additional languages such as Hindi, or Urdu will be an advantage.
