The Personal Relationship Manager (PRM) is a key role within Libro Credit Union, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value members with complex financial needs. The PRM serves as a dedicated, single point of contact, providing comprehensive financial solutions across lending, day-to-day banking, and advisory services, and investments including Aviso wealth solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of personal financial management, business development, and relationship management. The PRM proactively builds and deepens long-term member relationships, driving portfolio growth through exceptional service, tailored financial advice, and the consolidation of financial services. The role also involves collaborating with internal specialists to address complex member needs, ensuring a seamless and integrated financial experience.
