We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the Loan Against Property (LAP) business vertical within the Secured Assets division of the Consumer Bank. This role involves managing sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market sources, acquiring retail customers for funding against residential, commercial, and industrial properties, and driving business growth through strategic builder tie-ups and project approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secured loan sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to manage and train Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and Direct Marketing Agents (DMAs). The role also includes cross-selling banking products, ensuring top-class customer service, and coordinating with internal departments for seamless processing.
