Job Position: Relationship Manager (Loans) Salary Range: - $4,000–$5,000 per month - Commission & Performance Bonus Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Loan Business Relationship Manager (LBRM) to drive client acquisition and portfolio growth within the SME financing sector, with a focus on unsecured working capital loans for businesses in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be confident in originating, assessing, and managing borrower relationships from lead generation through loan disbursement and ongoing post-sales relationship management. Job Description: - Acquire and develop SME clients for unsecured working capital financing. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self-sourcing and referrals. - Conduct initial credit assessments, including review of financial statements, bank statements, and ACRA data. - Structure suitable financing solutions tailored to client needs. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. - Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution. - Maintain post-disbursement client relationships to encourage repeat business. - Monitor portfolio performance and handle loan renewals. Requirements: - 3–5 years’ experience in SME financing, business lending, or related sales roles. - Proven track record in originating and closing unsecured business loans in Singapore. - Strong understanding of SME cash flow and basic credit assessment principles. - Results-driven with the ability to meet monthly sales KPIs (approximately $280,000–$350,000). - Existing SME network or referral channels is highly preferred. - Experience in fintech lending or alternative financing is an advantage.
