Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners Act as the primary point of contact between the real estate developer and stakeholders Promote and sell developer projects, ensuring deep product knowledge of all offerings Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and finance) to ensure smooth transactions Manage end-to-end client engagement: lead follow-up, site visits, negotiations, booking, and post-sales support Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate client data and reporting using CRM systems Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate Mandatory developer-side experience (residential Off Plan ) Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and investors in Dubai Proven track record in relationship management and sales closures Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred competitive salary + attractive commission structure Opportunity to work with a reputed real estate developer Career growth and exposure to premium projects Dynamic and fast-paced work environment
